PWC office building – near the airport
In 2011, the function and usage concept and project development took place here all the way to submitting the project. The office building comprises an area of 2500m2, 30 underground parking spaces and 12 outside parking spaces.
Investor project – in South Salzburg
In 2012/13, with this project, the plot procurement was carried out on behalf of an investor with the location analysis & viability study and preparation of a financing concept for the investor in connection with the leadership of the entire project.

In 2012, project development took place here with a viability study, preparation of a usage concept, project control and management of an investor project with 5 two-room flats and a penthouse flat on the top floor. The project involved 6 flats with a residential area of 440m2 and 12 underground parking spaces altogether.
Residential property – Josefiau
In 2013/14, this project was brought to life with the location analysis & viability study, preparation of a financing concept for the investor in connection with the leadership of the entire project, as well as the evaluation in terms of sales and leasing. Residential project with 7 residential units and a barrier-free concept.
M2 Modecluster – Salzburg North
In 2009, a showroom/fashion centre was commissioned here for a vacant area of 1,270 m2 for which the project development and drafting of a construction and usage concept was conducted. The topmost priority was creating an environment suitable for the brands. 8 units and 2 shops on the ground floor and 2 shops in each of the upper floors, energy-efficient gas heating, 42 parking spaces.
